At Midnight Comfort we appreciate and take gentle care of every order. Throughout your entire shopping experience with us, our aim is to ensure you feel fully supported when placing an order. It’s a small gesture of giving back to our customers. As part of this, we will provide you with an exceptional two-man delivery service at no additional charge (UK mainland only). To uphold our rigorous service levels, we may charge a small delivery fee for remote areas.

Standard delivery
With our standard delivery service, our goal is to deliver all furniture items within 5-14 working days, all free of charge. Upon completion of your order, we will contact you on the number you provide to notify you of the estimated delivery date. Usually, we will contact you 24-48 hours before the delivery date in order to confirm and guarantee you have sufficient time to make any necessary arrangements. Our deliveries are made on an all-day basis and can range within the hours of 8AM – 6PM.

Express delivery
Our express delivery is available on most of our products but note that it does come with an additional charge of £40. However, orders over £500 are eligible for a free service of this sort. After we process your order, we intend on delivering the items within 24-72 hours, but this will depend on the time you place your order. Likewise, with all of our other delivery services, we will call you on your provided contact details to arrange a delivery date. Please keep in mind that all our deliveries are made within the hours of 8AM and 6PM.
 
Weekend delivery
When placing an order on any of our products, you will have the option to select a weekend delivery at an additional fee of £40. However, please note that this will only be the case if you place your order any time before 12pm on Wednesdays. If in the case your order is placed after this time, we will deliver your item the following weekend. Similarly, to our other deliveries, we will get in touch with you to arrange an exact date and time (between 8AM-6PM).
Delivery Checks
We admit that we are perfectionists when it comes to quality. Every item of furniture has to be cautiously examined, undergoes a strict quality assessment test, and is re-checked against your order specifications before delivery.
Damage and imprecisions are very rare but can occur. Therefore, we ask that you also examine all of our furniture once delivered, unwrapped and assembled in your home. For your own benefit, we ask that you sign to confirm receipt of items in an excellent condition, and in accordance with your product specification.

If in the rare case, you find yourself not 100% satisfied when inspecting our products, please inform our delivery team or contact us so we can directly resolve the altercation.

Considering Access
At midnight comfort we do our absolute best to ease the delivery and fitting of the product you order. However, it is your responsibility to check that your desired furniture fits within your home. All measurements and furniture details can be found on our website, so it is crucial that you attentively measure the allocated furniture area to ensure a perfect fit. Please also consider the delivery route within your home and ensure it is accessible for our delivery team. If tight corners and narrow staircases/ doorways are present, then please do contact our Customer Service Team on info@midnightcomfort.co.uk.
 
 Receiving your order
We schedule our deliveries upon confirmation of orders. In some cases, we do provide delivery details such as a date and a 4-hour time slot at the early stage of order confirmation. Regardless, a member of our Customer Service Team will get in touch with you to schedule a suitable delivery date and 4-hour time slot that is convenient for both you and us. We request that customers are present at the delivery address upon arrival of the product, to sign and acknowledge receipt of intake of our furniture.
