Terms of Service

At the time of placing an order with Midnight Comfort, you are to agree to the Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are applicable to all products and services which do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

At Midnight Comfort we aim for you to be satisfied with your made-to-order furniture, by doing quality checks on every single product we minimize any defaults. However, in the unlikely scenario, you are unhappy with your order. Our team will resolve your issue or aid your return as easily, stress-free, and as quickly as humanly possible. Service of Availability

Our services are intended for people residing in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we would not be able to accept any orders overseas.

Please note that to purchase through our site you must:

  1. Be legally capable of entering binding contracts.
  2. You must be at least 18 years old.
  3. You must be a resident of the United Kingdom.

Order Amendments

After placing your order within 24 hours our customer services team will give you a call. This call will be to confirm delivery details, and order details, confirm your fabric selection and to discuss access to your bedroom upon delivery for easy access. Depending on the volume of orders at this point we may be able to offer you a provisional delivery date which we will confirm just before our final quality check. Once details are confirmed your order will be immediately placed into production in preparation for delivery.

Furthermore, you can cancel or make any amendments to your order free of charge until your order is confirmed and in production. If you wish to make a change please contact our Customer Services Team at info@midnightcomfort.co.uk, with your order details so that we can track your order and make any changes requested if possible. Alternatively, you can wait for the confirmation call to make any changes.

However, if you choose to cancel or alter your order after it has been confirmed by our team this will result in a charge of £50 to counteract any early production & administration costs that are incurred.

Access upon Delivery

It is your responsibility to take correct measurements in your home to ensure the furniture will fit accordingly. Please keep in mind dimensions can vary +/- 10mm from the size stated as each order is bespoke.

It is equally important to assess the surroundings upon the arrival of your order to ensure the route required is clear so that our delivery team can deliver the items swiftly and efficiently without damaging any of your belongings. If any belongings are obstructing the route of delivery or at risk of being damaged please do move if possible for the delivery.

Estimated Delivery

Our aim is to keep our customers happy by delivering orders as quickly as possible. However, the delivery estimate time stated on our site is not guaranteed but is usually accurate of when you should receive your order. It is also important to note that estimated delivery can differ due to the product range and delivery locations.

Orders are sent out for delivery after completion and should arrive with you within 5 to 7 working days. Our beds are handcrafted but certain variants may take longer than others to arrive. This can take between 2 to 3 weeks. Ottoman Boxes and Bunk Beds can be delivered within 5 to 7 days.

Please note we only deliver to the mainland UK and do not deliver to the Scottish Highland or any other offshore islands. Our delivery times of all our products are between 8 am and 8 pm however the delivery team can arrive as early as 7 am.

Upon delivery of your order please be aware the Midnight Comfort delivery team or our contracted delivery teams will require a signature at the time of the delivery. If at the time of delivery you are not able to be present we may contact you via phone call or if you have left instructions to leave your order with your neighbors or in a safe place we are able to do this with a signature required by the person receiving the order. When your order is out for delivery you will receive a call 30 mins-1 hour before it is delivered.

Changes due to COVID-19

Due to the high rates of COVID-19 in the United Kingdom, there have been some changes in our services to keep you safe and our delivery team as safe as possible. We have implemented rigorous health and safety from the point of production till the point of delivery which are as follows; PPE has been distributed to all our workers and must be worn at all times to ensure full safety for you and your loved ones and we kindly request at point of delivery for you to maintain social distancing and to ensure you are wearing PPE to protect yourselves and others present from COVID-19. Unfortunately, our delivery team is currently only able to deliver to your door due to current Government guidelines.
