RETURNS POLICY

Should you require a refund after terminating your order or contract through email or writing, within the seven-day cooling-off period we will issue you a full refund as soon as possible. Within 30 days of your cancellation notice, we will collect our products from your property as soon as possible.

Providing that the product is undamaged and in original packaging, we will offer you a complete refund, including any previous delivery costs (if any). However, we will charge a fee of £79 per item to cover the cost of collection and delivery from your premises.

If and when the product is not enclosed in the original packaging, we will deduct a 50% charge from your total refund (not including previous delivery fees). If original packaging is not provided, you may be asked to return the product(s) at your own cost, using your own courier.

Also, please complete extensive research of the product(s) you are interested in before buying them, as in the case they are found cheaper or on sale on our site, we will not authorize any refunds or exchanges once the items have been delivered to your premises.

UNWANTED PRODUCTS/WRONGLY ORDERED:

Please be aware that all our products will only be refunded when provided to us in our original packaging, during pickup. There will be a charge of £79 per item for collection, and in the case of exchange, there will be an additional redelivery fee of £39.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not collect products if they are not safely and sufficiently packed.

All firmness ratings presented on our site, are of our own and are solely established upon the comparison of the various products we sell. If in the case, a product does not meet your firmness rating and you would like to return it, then please keep in mind that a £79 collection fee (per item) will be deducted from your full refund.

All products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

DAMAGED/FAULTY PRODUCTS:

In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged product, it is essential that you report this within 24-48 hours of receipt. In order for us to collect or exchange products, we must be able to collect them in a sufficiently packaged manner with our original packaging. Before signing “received in good condition” it is your own legal obligation to check the packages as we will not be held accountable. If any packages appear damaged, then please sign as “damaged” upon delivery and refuse to take the product. In the case that you sign for the products and take them in and find them damaged, then the cost of the replacement part as well as a redelivery fee of £39 will be for the customer to pay.

Also, upon unpackaging an item and identifying any faults or damages, we require photographic evidence to prove the faults before proceeding with a replacement/collection and refund.
